Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research (BIHER) normally does not entertain refund of the application form fee. For tuition and other fees, the refund policy varies with time of withdrawal and may vary with the type of program. In most cases, institutions have the general policies in place determined by the regulatory authorities of fee refund when a learner withdraws from a learning institution especially when this is done in the first few weeks of the semester.
