It will be very hard for you to get these colleges plus CS or IT branch in these for outside Delhi students as these are the colleges where even Delhi students have to struggle very hard to get these branch but you can try your best to get these colleges.

BVP Pune is one of the best-deemed university which is one of the best college for B.Tech study so don't worry about placement just concentrate on your studies and you get placement.
