I would suggest you opt for the MSIT as this is the best college in all the colleges that you have mentioned above and also in this college, you will get more exposure than any other college as because of it's location.

No, you cannot do B.Tech through distance learning because according to Supreme Court of India you cannot do technical courses through correspondence or distance learning.
