You can get a job abroad after completing BHM, if you have few years of experience in India. You can get job abroad by following options:
1. Higher studies in the country such as Australia or Canada, and then seek job opportunities.
2. You can search for a job on international job portals.
3. You can take help from a job consultant.
4. You need to take referral from teachers, family, friends, senior colleagues, etc.

There is no particular institute that offers only international placements. There are chances of going for internship. Institutes are UEI Global, IHM, Oberoi, etc.

Hi,
Both degrees have little different career paths and prospects. With BBM + MBA from reputed institutes you may get an average package of 10 lakh or more. With BHM + MHM / MBA you can be placed in best of the hotels and earn good salary.
Your decision should be based on your abilities and skills so that you can excel.

Curriculum for both is similar, the only difference is that BHM is more of the management of hotel industry and other one is more into tourism service industry.
