No, that would depend on the college you are trying to get into. Various Colleges have varying requirements, but to get into prestigious institutions like Banaras Hindu University, Chandigarh University, ISBR Business School, etc., you would have to give an entrance exam.

After 12th, you can do Bachelor's in travel and tourism or BBA in Travel and Tourism. You can apply in IITM, Indian Institute Of Travel and Tourism Management, which is the premier institution for Travel Tourism management under government of India. Moreover there are lots of universities where you can study Travel and Tourism.

You haven't described the college you wish to take admission in. Let us presume that your college of interest is a premium institute such as IITTM. Eligibility is 60% in graduation and possibly you need to qualify an entrance exam as well.
