Yes. At Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts & Nutritional Sciences, does have an entrance process, but it depends on the course. You'll need to clear an entrance test (SET or EAT, depending on the course) plus a Personal Interview.

If I compare it with LPU, the process is honestly more flexible. For LPU's hotel management programs like B.Sc. Hotel & Hospitality Management and BHMCT, you can get admission based on your 12th eligibility, and LPUNEST is optional-it's mainly for scholarship benefits, not compulsory for admission. LPU offers B.Sc. Culinary Arts, and it does come with international exposure opportunities.

One of the best parts is the Semester Exchange option, where you can spend a semester at a partner university abroad and continue earning credits. Apart from that, eligible students also get a chance to join a 4-week international study tour to countries like the USA or Europe, depending on the university's schedule and eligibility criteria.

So if you're looking for a culinary course with both practical training and a bit of global experience, B.Sc. Culinary Arts at LPU is a pretty good choice.

If you're looking at hotel/hospitality management across India, the most popular degree route is generally a B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration; BHM/BHMCT are also popular bachelor's options. NCHMCT calls its B.Sc. programme its flagship course.

For colleges, you can consider IHM Delhi, IHM Mumbai, and IHM Bengaluru for the government-IHM route.  Among private options, LPU and Symbiosis Institute of Hotel Management, Pune are worth checking.

If you specifically want Pune, AISSMS College of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, IIHM Pune, and Symbiosis are some names to shortlist.
