Yes — Lovely Professional University (LPU) does offer a B.A. in Culinary Arts as a 3-year undergraduate course, but it is not specifically called “B.A. in International Culinary Arts.” The programme focuses on culinary skills and industry training and may include international credit transfer options (often shown as 2+2 transfer pathways).
If your interest is specifically in international culinary arts training, you might also consider related B.Sc. Culinary Arts programmes with international tie-ups that provide broader global exposure and possible study transfers abroad.
