Your JEE Mains and Board's composite score is very less for IIIT Bhubaneswar. So you can't get into it. Try for private colleges.

Yeah, KIIT UNIVERSITY is a correct destination for CSE Engineering in Bhubaneswar. It has a good placement record, faculties and good infrastructure.
