All of the residences have water coolers, geysers, washing machines, televisions, telephones, and indoor games like carrom and table tennis. The option to reside in a hostel is available for doctoral, postgraduate, executive, and bachelor degree programmes.

The tuition fee for Undergraduate (UG) courses at Xavier University is between INR 3.30 lakh and INR 7.1 lakh, depending on the course chosen by the candidate. The undergraduate fee is semester-wise. Admission to the Undergraduate courses is based on merit or an entrance exam. The fee structure of Postgraduate (PG) courses varies between INR 3 lakh and INR 18.3 lakh. The postgraduate fee is yearly-wised. The fee structure does not include the residential fee, which is optional.
