Model Engineering College Thrikkakara Kochi offers B.Tech in biotechnology under the electronics and Biomedical Engineering Department.  The duration of the course is four years and the intake capacity is 60 seats.the fee structure for B.Tech in Biotechnology at Model Engineering College Thrikkakara Kochi is as follows:For merit students, who are admitted through the KEAM conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE), Kerala, the course fee is INR 35,000 per annum.
For management quota students, who are admitted through the management quota seats as per the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) norms, the course fee is INR 65,000 per annum.
