DY Patil holds a very good reputation in Maharashtra due to strong alumni network, better placements, and very well designed curriculum, so it will be better for your future to choose DY Patil over Amity University.

Pune is considered as hub of culture and education in Maharashtra. It is also cheaper here compared with Mumbai. My advise, therefore, would be to select Pune.
