You should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects in 12th examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
In BITSAT , You should score above 360 to take good branches in BITS.

Both the institutes was excellent .But I recommends according to the rank.IIT was at top and Bits ranked at 3.
