For Indian students who are looking for Indian Education System degrees and to form a network in India and the Middle East, the BITS Pilani degree is better, whereas for students who are looking for global mobility and American style degree with US accreditation and work opportunities in North America RIT Dubai degree is much more reliable. Which is a better degree depending on what you expect form you course curriculum and academic requirements. Both degrees are reputable in their own contexts and locations where they aim to prepare graduates.

No, the Army Institute of Technology (AIT) BE programme is not generally considered as prestigious as BITS Pilani or VIT Vellore. While AIT is highly respected for its exclusive defence ward student population, rigorous academic culture and strong placements, BITS Pilani remains a top-tier institute, and VIT operates on a much larger, globally recognised scale.
