Yes you can get admission to a BNYS  Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science college in Jaipur without appearing for NEET, as the BNYS programme admission is generally based on merit from your 12th Science stream scores, NEET not mandatory for BNYS course. Neet mandatory for other medical courses.

There is a good chance of getting seat in government collegs Bachelor of Naturropathy and yogic sciences programs with a score of 367 in NEET. From the past history the general category's BNYS cutoffs have varied from 280 to 320.

Depending on some factors like seat availability, cutoffs range and the number of applications, the cutoffs will change.

You should consider joining private BNYS institutions with lower tuition that accept students who obtain a score of 67155 in the KCET exam. The annual educational expenses at private colleges in Karnataka for BNYS courses amount to INR 2,50,000 at Alva's Ayurveda Medical College in Moodbidri and INR 1,50,000 at SDM College of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences in Ujire. The fee structurei in INR for the Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) program at MVM College of Allied Health Sciences in Bangalore is as follows: 

First year: Tuition fee 1,90,000

Second and third year: Tuition fee 1,60,000 per year

Final year: Tuition fee 1,60,000

Total fee: 6,90,000 for the 4-year program
