After dully completing their bachelors education in Botany, a candidate can look forward to being a part of the industry by working as a technician, whereas, a candidate after completing his/her masters education can look forward to working with some industry giants or being a part of good research teams.

As for your relevance both are having good scope. Chemistry can be a better option for you. Because by chemistry you can go in various fields like medical research in medicines and drugs industry.

It will not affect much as at most of the places theses are equivalent sparring those which require honours only. If you are interested in botany only then consider going for M.Sc in botany.

It is total depends on you. If you want to get a job in a higher secondary school, you can go for B.Ed.
On the other hand, for further studies/becoming a teacher in college, you should go for MA.
