I think you can get BPT course. As per my knowledge, you need to apply separately for the BPT course in the college or the university of your choice. They might have a different entrance test for the course or can take admission on the basis of cutoff.

BPT stands for Bachelor of physiotherapy. It is a 4-year UG course that also includes 6-month compulsory internship. It is a professional course. You must have scored minimum 50 % including PCB and English in class 12 for eligibility. NEET is not necessary for BPT. It involves with the science of physical movement aimed at preventing disability.

It is not necessary to appear for NEET to pursue BPT. Every college has different criteria for admission. Some take entrance tests while some take on the basis of merit like board score, etc.

It depend upon you what you want to choose both courses are good where your interest lies but according to me B.Tech in food technology is better scope you have a good no of vacancy in government dept for same.
Sorry but according to last year cutoff your selection chances are very less.
