Despite its additional 25% concession on applicants that are not part of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints, BYU can be considered relatively cheaper than the other universities in the US.

The average cost of studying at the institute is about USD 6,688 (INR 5.6 L), which is much lower than the national average of USD 47,890 (INR 40.3 L).

The application fee for BYU is USD 35 for UG applicants. This amounts to around INR 3,000. On the other hand, for graduate courses, the application fee is USD 50. This is roughly around INR 4,000. Along with the application fee, the applicants are also required to submit a few documents. These are:

  • Standardized test scores (if applicable)
  • Any other document (as required by the course)
