East West Group of Institutions, Magadi Road, mainly bases selection criteria for B.E. / B.Tech on entrance exams. Candidate passed the 10+2 exam with a minimum aggregate percentage of 45% marks, where as 40% in the case of SC/ST category students from any recognised board in the country, in subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Admission is typically based on scores obtained in Karnataka CET (KCET) or COMEDK UGET. Candidates who qualify in those exams are eligible for the counseling and seat allotments. Direct admission is possible also through management quota considering the eligibility and availability of the seats.

The eligibility criteria for the B.E. / B.Tech course at M.S. Engineering College are as follows: pass in 10+2 in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (or equivalent) with the prescribed minimum percentage of marks. Admission is done on merit through entrance tests such as KCET or COMEDK conducted at the state level, or the national level entrance test, JEE Main. Candidates are then shortlisted in the basis of entrance exam, and a merit list is done. Those selected are given further counseling where they are seated according to one's rank and preferences.

The applicants need to pass the higher secondary education (12 grades) with a minimum percentage of marks, i.e., 45 marks (40 for reserved categories) in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to get admission in B.Tech programs of Assam Science and Technology University.

The aspiring candidates are also required to have a qualifying Combined Entrance Examination-C.E.E. conducted by the Assam government or any other recognised national entrance exams like JEE Main. Final selection depends upon their performance in the entrance examination and the stipulated eligibility condition.

The selection criteria at St. Peter's Engineering  College for  BE./B.Tech course are as followed :

1) You must passed your class XII with Science anf for tech background specific pcm that's obvious yaar  tabhi to B.Tech kar rahe ho  joke's apart minimun requirement is to qualify  with minimum 50 % marks .

2) Secondly you need to appear for entrance exam either EAMCET (engineering agriculture andmedical common test ) which is conducted by government of telangana for admission in various sector or you can go with national level examination i.e JEE Mains.

Here are the criteria for selection into B.E./B.Tech at ILAHIA College of Engineering and Technology (ICET):

1. Every student must sit for entrance exam.
The applicant must put his/her feet into KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) Entrance Examination which happens to be the only entrance exam in this college for admission. Valid score of KEAM is a must-have requirement for applicants.
JEE Mains: A valid score in JEE Mains or applicants may also be considered for admission.

To be eligible for the BTech course offered by DMI Engineering College, students must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with PCM subjects from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 50%.
