While most of the colleges don't have a refund fee policy, but Yes, DYP of Agriculture Business Management does provide Refund Fee policy but in only certain and applicable conditions in various different cases. For that, One should contact the college terms and conditions page.

Bengal Institute of Business Studies has a very strict refund policy. The tuition fees paid are generally not refundable except under any valid reason or sudden circumstances. In some cases, the cancellation fee, as small the amount is, would be deducted. In cases of students who do not have a valid reason for withdrawal, the chances of refunding the money are scarce. For refunding, a student has to write a formal letter which again undergoes a review process, which takes around a week. A refund, upon sanction, is processed along with a penalty. If a student withdraws his/her admission up to 15 days post the commencement of the academic session, the student will receive a refund of 80% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit. Students can contact the administration department of the college for the same.

As per the official website and brochure of Happy Valley Business School, it doesn't specify any detail about the fee structure or the refund policy. The student needs to contact directly to the admin of the institute to clear out his query. WhatsApp, chatbot or calling facilities are there.

Amrita too follows UGC fee refund norms which state:
100% fee refund : in case a student decides to withdraw 15 days or morebefore the formally notified last date of admission. Not more than 5% of the fees paid by the student, subject to a maximum of R 5000, will be deducted as processing charges.
