As per the official website and brochure of Happy Valley Business School, it doesn't specify any detail about the fee structure or the refund policy. The student needs to contact directly to the admin of the institute to clear out his query. WhatsApp, chatbot or calling facilities are there.

- The application fee of 500 INR is non-refundable.
- However, if candidates cancel their admission within 7 days of signing the contract, they are eligible to receive a refund of their fees.

100% fee refund : in case a student decides to withdraw 15 days or morebefore the formally notified last date of admission. Not more than 5% of the fees paid by the student, subject to a maximum of R 5000, will be deducted as processing charges.

Based on the information I found on Quantum University's website, their refund policy for programme fees is quite strict:
Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable even if you decide to withdraw before the programme starts.
Program Fees: There's no mention of refunds for programme fees once paid.
