Yes, you can definitely enter the field of Management even after completion of your M.Tech. Fundamentally, the eligibility for Management courses or MBA is graduation from any field, it could be Science, arts, nursing, medicine, engineering etc., any field will do. Because of this post-graduation also is accepted. Going forward if after graduation or post-graduation you have worked for couple of years or 4-5 years in the industry, then IIMS offer along with some other business schools what is called as executive MBA. It's a one year course and compresses two year study material into one year for those who have already worke
