The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the NEET 2026 OMR sheet of the candidates on its official portal - neet.nta.nic.in. The candidates will be required to login with their credentials to download their OMR Sheet PDF. The NTA will also activate the objection sending window with its release. NEET 2026 OMR Sheet to be OUT Soon: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the NEET OMR sheets of the candidates on its official website. The NTA released the NEET 2026 provisional Answer Key on its portal on May 6. This was the first time that the agency released the provisional answer key separately from the NEET OMR sheets. NTA will release the scanned copies of the OMR Sheets 

The NTA mentioned that it will release the NEET 2026 OMR Sheets later and the objection window dates will also be notified later. The candidates will get around three days to raise objections against the incorrect answers given in the provisional answer key. The NTA conducted the NEET 2026 exam on May 3 at the designated exam centres in offline mode. 

The NTA NEET OMR sheets will be released under the candidate's login. The candidates are advised to log in with their application number and password to download the official OMR sheet. The candidates should compare their answers with the NEET 2026 provisional answer key and send their objections against the incorrect answers given in the OMR sheet( when the objection window opens). On the other hand, the NEET question paper 2026 will be displayed on the official NTA website at nta.ac.in.

NEET 2026 OMR Sheet Release Date

The NTA will soon release the NTA NEET OMR sheet on its official website. The agency did not release the scanned copies of the OMR sheets of the candidates along with the provisional answer key.

How to Calculate Scores Using NEET 2026 OMR Sheet & Answer Key?

Candidates can calculate their expected scores in NEET UG 2026 exam using OMR sheet and answer key. Use the process shared below to estimate the NEET marks-

  • Check NTA NEET answer key and match it with the answers marked by you on OMR sheet.
  • Give four marks for every correct answer.
  • Subtract one mark for every incorrect answer.

Now, use this formula to get your NEET 2026 marks-

Add the marks of correct responses - Total of incorrect answers = Total NEET scores

NEET UG 2026 Answer Key

The NTA released the NEET answer key 2026 on May 6, 2026, on its website. Candidates need to download the answer key through login window. After downloading and checking the answers, candidates can challenge the same if they find any answer or question incorrect. For successful submission of challenge, candidates need to pay NEET UG answer key objection fee of INR 200 per challenge.

What is NEET OMR Sheet?

The OMR sheet of NEET 2026 is the record of the answers given by aspirants on the exam day. As the exam is conducted offline in pen and paper mode, candidates are given NEET UG OMR sheets to attempt the paper. After the exam, the OMR sheets are retained at the centres and then are evaluated for the NEET 2026 results using the official answer key.
