You need 99+%ile in CAT and your profile including your work experience and your scores in previous exams also matter a lot.

Not all the network marketings offer you a certificate of work experience but if your company is ready to give it then it's good but you still have to get 98.5+ percentile in your CAT to be eligible.

Dual specialisation is better in terms of future concern because if you choose dual specialisation then you will be eligible to sit in the placement process of companies with both the specialisation. For post graduation, apply to them. Via website and when you get a call and Interview Schedule, go and present your understanding of the Targetted Subject along with General Personality of Yours. An Written Exams followed by an Interview is there. If you are going for MBA then see the require process as per CAT or MAT as specified.
