Rest cut offs depend on the availability of the seats in the college every year.
PGDM has a wide window of acceptance of cut offs .
But over all 90 pecentile and above for all entrance exams except for CET is considered.

Yes, any graduate or post-graduate can apply for LLB. But, what exactly is your purpose to opt LLB because as per the rules of Bar Council of India (BCI), one cannot pursue LLB. through distance/correspondence/online modes. Only a person who has done a full-time LLB is deemed eligible to practice law in India.
