MAT exams are conducted four times a year February, May, September and December. You can apply for MAT every times if you want to improve your previous percentile scored in MAT. There is no restrictions in appearing for MAT. But some colleges will take candidates appeared in September and December MAT and they will not consider February or May MAT scorecards. So, better you choose which all colleges you want to apply and check whether they are participating in which all MAT exams.

The candidate must have completed graduation with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent in CGPA from a recognised university.
In case of the candidate belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Differently Able (DA) or Persons with Disabilities (PWD) category, the minimum cut-off in graduation is 45%.
Candidates in final year graduation or awaiting their results are also eligible to apply. However, they will have to submit the original passing certificate for final year by June end, until then their admission will be provisional.

Hi, fees structure of universities changes every year. It may cost you around 20-30 lakhs for a 2-year course in IIM Ahmedabad.
