MBA in HR mainly comprises of subjects like organisational behaviour. Skills and knowledge required to sustain in an organization, communication skills and all. So being an art student you can opt for MBA in HR. Once you enroll yourself for MBA, the first year is common for all the students. So in that time, you can choose the subjects you are interested in and then choose your stream.

Yes, a BA student can do MBA in HR. Any graduate student can do specialisation in any sector or domain in MBA. It completely depends on the choice of the students individually.

BA (Hon) business economics, Bachelor in management studies and Bachelor of business administration BBA-FIA are the few courses in DU can meet yours expectations. The minimum eligibility criteria for above course is aggregate of 60% marks in the qualifying examination (12th) based on a simple average of the percentage scored in four subjects: one language English, Mathematics and any two.
