NIOS certificates are valid in all institutes and universities in India. As it is a board under the central government like CBSE and ISCE. 12th from NIOS is not enough for getting admission to an MBA programme. First, you have to complete your graduation with 50% marks, then you have to appear for CAT (Common admission test) and secure a good percentile I.e. more than 80. Further, admission in reputed IIMs for MBA programs are based on CAT percentile, Personal interview, Group discussion, Experience and educational qualifications.

Yes, there is MBA in sports management and for the admission and getting good colleges, you need to some entrances test related to MBA like CAT/MAT/GMAT. You need to score well and after clearing it, fill up the forms of different colleges who accept the score of respective exams and they will call you for GD and PI.

It's difficult to get admission in a B-School with this score, they are much lower, you need to score more for getting a good college.

It's impossible to get admission in IIM, Ranchi for distance education you can get admission in IGNOU but you need to clear the entrance. It is not difficult you just need to clear it so that you can get admission it's a recognised university and one of the largest open university and it has a great value.

If you wish to get fee reimbursement from AP govt., you need to secure a rank in APICET. If not, you may get admission under category B. The fee structure for this institute is 55K tuition fee+2000 admission fee+1850 university fee+500 library fee+500 laboratory fee.
Admission fee, laboratory and library fee are taken in the first year itself and you'll have to pay the total fee INR 1,16,700 for 2 years.

Yes, of course, you can, provided you have an honours degree in any subject, flair for writing in a simple style that everybody finds easy to understand. Besides, knowledge of current topics and international relations will also help. Mostly, language marks are not considered for aggregation of marks for percentage. Only core subject marks are considered.

You would do well to take a course in written and spoken communication, including presentation skills.

Graduation course does not matter if you want to do Masters in mass communication.
