The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Com would be a better option. However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better. An MBA is always better that a P G Diploma.

It depends on individuals ability and previous knowledge to prepare for any entrance test. The best way is to take a mock test and find your strengths and gaps. Then you may start working with a plan and coaching. There are many options available these days like online tutoring, offline classes or mix of both. 1. Candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum of 50% marks.
2. Valid CAT/ CMAT / ATMA / MAT / MHCET / XAT score. So you are eligible. I think to finally secure your seat you must get score of 80 percentile or above in CMAT.
