You have secured good academic marks in past, but colleges give weightage equally to every sections like marks scored in entrance examination, what/GD PI and marks scored graduation (weightage varies from college to college). To be in safe zone try to score anywhere in between 90-95. All the best.

Yes, after completing your graduation, you can do MBA. You just need to prepare yourself for various entrance exams for MBA the most common one is CAT. Good luck.
