See, it actually depends on your interest. The background doesn't matter much. It only helps you to understand a few basic subjects that you studied in your UG. You can fit into any specialisation. Try reading the basics of every specialisation and see which one suits you the best. But if you ask me, you might find HR comfortable. Good luck.

Talking about the courses, the core courses of a B-School are Marketing, Finance and HR. Other than these, there are lots of specializations like Operations, Rural Management, Sustainability Management, etc. And talking about the subjects, it actually varies. But the main subjects will remain the same with extra subjects depending on your specialisation.

No, without this also you can do MBA. If you apply for freshers MBA in the UK, there no need of GMAT or GRE. If in your class 10th and 12th exams, you scored more than 70% in English, you can get an exemption for IELTS or TOEFL.
