First of all, remove this approach of choosing a specialisation in career for a girl or a boy. Both have equal opportunities & prospects, its not a gender biased selection. There are lot many specializations today but first decide about your career priorities where or which companies you are aiming for, depending on you can choose. Every specialisation has its own selective jobs and categories. So if you an outspoken and want to have information of various places in terms of products, organisation, strategies etc. Finance or marketing is best suited along with IB which gives you information beyond the national boundaries. Its a huge subject and requires at least a year or two to get some knowledge (Way more for complete knowledge). Whereas, about the six sigma black belt training, ISI offers that but is of 6 months duration as of my knowledge.
