As others have told already, MMS Operation is a pretty new and specialized course. There may not be much demand in the industry at present compared to others. But if the placement is good then it will very beneficial in future.

Greetings, Yes, definitely you can choose your specialisation till the 3rd semester begins as the first year is general management for all MS students post which the core specific training starts. All the best.

You can. Apply for CEED next year and prepare for the exam and give your best. If you score good enough then you can take admission in NIFT. If that isn't available then there are also several other good colleges available too.

Bachelor's degree is necessary to pursue MBA. Pursue a Bachelor's degree first, preferably in the field of pharmacy or medical then you can apply for MBA.

Placements: The placements are good in MBA. 80% of the students get placements. The lowest was 2 LPA, and the highest was 6 LPA many companies visit the college for placements. 80% of the students got the internship. The lowest was 25%, and the highest was 50%. There is a placement cell, and it is very useful for the students.
