BBA is a 3-year undergraduate management course. After BBA, you will get entry level jobs for the high. For high paid jobs, you would have to clear your MBA from a good college. I can say that this course alone is not responsible for the scope in market but it depends on the individual's practical knowledge, innovation, planning and his dedication towards the job.

If you have the will, dedication and devotion then nothing is impossible. CAT exam basically depend on solving logical questions, convenient in English with a sturdy presence of mind. You can easily crack CAT and if you don't have good aptitude and English, do practice more. You will definitely crack the exam and get the best colleges for MBA. But, the main goal of CAT aspirants to get IIMs. So, work hard for your goal.

I would like to provide you with an honest answer. In most of the cases, people who had experience in operations choose operations as their majors during MBA programs. Now, there are few who would like to shift their career stream from operations and opt for marketing. An advantage of this being; a person might be well aware of the making of product or service. Hence he or she could sell it well. Please don't get me wrong. Every job pays well provided candidate has required credentials. So, think through and decide.
