It depends on the company. Some companies want to know your previous marks and they put some eligibility criteria also and some companies do not ask for any previous score.

I would give it to BBAU, Lucknow because Lucknow is a better place and BBAU is a better college for MBA. Apart from these, there are a few reasons to go for BBAU:
A. All the companies visiting the campus for CS will also open up for MBA for sure.
B. I think the best software company recruiting in government colleges of UPTU is Adobe.
C. All the mass recruiters will also open for MBA as well.
D. BBAU witnesses a more number of companies and better placements.

Yes, maths is compulsory in +2 to get admission for BBA, otherwise, you are not eligible to get admission.

There are many fields you can choose after 12th if you have any interest in the business. You can do BBA, BMS, BBS, etc. For this, first, you see the syllabus and subjects of each course and then choose the one in which you have more interest.
