As per the best of my knowledge, actually, there is no eligibility criteria, but it is recommended. You have a minimum 2 years of domain knowledge and/or some SAP working experience as end user or team member, but it is not compulsory. If you have FICO SAP certification, this might help you to get the job without experience.

There are various college providing MBA for distance learning. So, I would suggest YCM (Yashavantrao Mukt Vidhypith) Maharashtra as affordable and one of the good way to pursue MBA for distance learning.
