AP ICET counselling registration 2023 has been extended till September 23, 2023. AP ICET 2023 web options entry will commence on September 26, 2023 at icet-sche.aptonline.in. Only students who will register for AP ICET counselling 2024 along with the payment of fee will be able to exercise options. Candidates can register for AP ICET 2024 counselling online. Candidates ranking from first to last rank will be able to particpate in AP ICET counselling 2023. Authorities have released the AP ICET 2023 results in the form of a rank card at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. The exam was held on May 24, 2023, in two slots. Authorities recorded the attendance of 90.20% of candidates who appeared for the AP ICET 2023 exam. As per the statistics, 44,343 candidates appeared for the exam out of the 49,162 applicants. 

What is AP ICET?

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) is a state-level MBA and MCA entrance examination conducted for admission to colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. AP ICET will be conducted by Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. AP ICET is conducted over a window of two days and two slots. According to APSCHE, as many as 64,884 (approx.) candidates appear for the exam. Around 40,000 (approx.) candidates qualify for the exam. The computer-based test (CBT) is conducted in 43 cities across Andhra Pradesh. The scores of AP ICET is accepted by over 290 colleges across Andhra Pradesh.

Q:   What are the documents required for Andhra Pradesh ICET counselling?

A:

AP ICET counselling registration 2023 commenced online on September 08. Candidates ranking from first to last were able to register for AP ICET counselling. Prior to registration process, candidates must have ensured to keep the following documents ready:

  • Andhra Pradesh ICET Hall Ticket
  • APICET Rank Card
  • Transfer Certificate (T. C)
  • Degree Marks Memos/consolidated marks memo

Q:   How many candidates appeared for the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam?

For AP ICET 2023, authorities recorded the attendance of 90.20% of candidates who appeared for the AP ICET 2023 exam. As per the statistics, 44,343 candidates appeared for the exam out of the 49,162 applicants. AP ICET 2023 results have been announced on June 15, 2023. Q:   What is the qualifying score for APICET?

A:
Andhra Pradesh ICET qualifying score refers to minimum marks required to pass the examination. Candidates meeting the qualifying criteria will be able to appear for the Andhra Pradesh ICET counselling process. As per the Andhra Pradesh ICET qualifying criteria candidates who will secure 25% that is 50 out of 200 hall be eligible for assigning rank on the basis of merit. Whereas, candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories have no prescribed qualifying criteria. Qualifying the Andhra Pradesh ICET exam does not guarantee admission to desired programme. Candidates must appear for the counselling process for applied institutes. On the basis of the rank obatined by the candidates, college will be alloted.

Q:   What after Andhra Pradesh ICET results?

Andhra Pradesh ICET results 2023has been decalred on June 15, 2023. Candidates will be able to download their Andhra Pradesh ICET score in the form of rank when released. Soon after the release of the Andhra Pradesh ICET 2023 results, authorities will commence the Andhra Pradesh ICET counseling registrations for qualified candidates. Q:   How can I calculate score using APICET answer key?

A:
On release of APICET answer key candidates can calculate their probable score before the release of results. Once the answer key is released, candidates must download their response sheet and answer key and know the marking scheme. As per the APICET marking scheme candidates will get one mark for every correct answer. There will be no negative marking for any incorrect answer or unanswered question. Q:   Can I leave the APICET exam centre after completing the exam in one hour?

A:
On completing the APICET exam, candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall soon after. Candidates will be permitted to leave once the time duration is completed. Candidates must handover their rough sheets to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall. Candidates must ensure to maintain social distance while moving out and drop the APICET admit card in the box placed in examination hall.

Q:   Can I change my exam centre after the APICET admit card is issued?

A:

No request for change in the APICET exam centre will be allotted. Once the APICET admit card 2024 is issued, no request for change of test centre will be accepted by the examination authority. Q:   I have registered for the APICET exam, why am I not issued admit Card?

A:

If candidates leave APICET registration incomplete, they will not be issued hall ticket for the exam. In case they are not issued the admit card, they have to check the application status or check the receipt of the application confirmation email or SMS after registration. While filling the application form candidates must have ensured to complete all the details in the APICET application form soon after paying the application fee. Incase the payment has been successful, candidates are unable to download the hall ticket they must immediately contact at the helpdesk of AP ICET. The AP ICET 2024 admit card will be available for download till the date of examination. It is an important documents that has to presented on the day of examination. Candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination hall without the admit card.

The AP ICET 2024 exam date will be announced along with the release of AP ICET notification. The exam will be scheduled to be held in last week of May 2024. The exam is held in offline mode across 25 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Candidates will have the option to enter maximum three exam center preferences (based on the availability) while filling the AP ICET 2024 application form. Candidates can download their AP ICET results 2023 from cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. The AP ICET 2023 results have been declared online. To check the scores, candidates must enter their login credentials: Application number and ICET hall ticket number. The Screen will display the scorecard mentioning the details of candidate, exam, rank, section wise, and overall scores. Candidates must check all the details that are mentioned in the AP ICET result. Candidates must then download and take the print of the scorecard for further admission process. Candidates ranking from first to last will be able to attend the APICET counselling process soon after.

Yes, Of course you can, just apply and go for counselling with proper identification documents and all the necessary and required information carrying papers / documents required for counselling. It is an exam for Andhra Pradesh colleges for MBA and other courses. And, moreover it depends on what kind of caste or reservation you have. So, if you have at least 1-200 rank for OC for opting Andhra University. If you are not OC, you might have luck on your side while counselling. Maybe, you can get a seat. But, one thing is for sure, if you go for Andhra University, you'll get seat in top ten colleges.
