For an MBA programme in most of the colleges in India, a minimum of 50% in graduation is the eligibility criteria so it's difficult for you to get a top-ranked college for MBA and you can choose any stream in MBA.

You can choose any option, both are good options, but executive MBA is more effective than doing MBA through distance.

You can try for the top colleges in India to do MBA but make sure that you are doing it from one of the top-ranked universities for better placement. You can't do a job and MBA side by side, you have to choose one. If you fail to get any top college for MBA this year continue your job till next year and try again by giving entrance exams like CAT, MAT, etc.

You can do a job and if you want to go for a Master's degree like MBA, you can prepare for exams like CAT and MAT or you can do both side by side.

Yes, it will help you, but for that, you need to be already in one of the best companies, in the same, you can get promotion on the basis of that, but if you are freshers then it will not help you that much in the beginning.
