56 is a good cut-off for MBA. Some colleges that you can try may be KCT, PSG, JEPPIAR, Vel Tech, Velammal etc.

Annamalai distance learning is a very good university, Annamalai is a government university and it's known as the father of distance learning as Annamalai is the University which started distance learning. Yes, you should do MBA in Hospital Management from Annamalai University through Distance Learning mode but my first I want to tell you that MBA in Hospital is not available in distance learning from Annamalai University so you should go with either ICFAI or Suresh Gyan Vihar University. The backlogs in your graduation doesn't matter while taking admission. What matters is the percentage of graduation and entrance test marks.
