According to me, in West Bengal, IEM is the best option for BCA. Go for it. You can also try in UEM.

Yes, you can choose IT specialization that is MBA in Information Technology, which gives you great opportunity in IT sector, as in your Bachelor's curriculum subjects are related to Web development, so MBA IT is the best option for you. There are some reputed Institutes in India where you can easily get admission, if you have given any MBA Entrance exam like CAT,CAT,CET,NMAT,XAT.

I personally suggest you not to go for ITM, because I pursued there and discontinued due to fake promises that they did in every area. As you're in Chennai, Better to go for Alliance University's Part time Executive-MBA (2nd the oldest Executive-MBA course provider in India after IIM-A)
Presently even I'm pursuing my E-MBA there and I'm satisfied with the flexibility, fee and other features provided. All the best.

Sorry, but it will be difficult. As percentages play an important role. But, you can try for top 100 B-Schools and make a career in your dream branch.

Yes, job experience is required in most cases for IIMS. Your degree can be any though. But, being a B.Tech will be much beneficial in terms of prospects and growth.
