What do you mean by best? It is good but not better than most others. It is good among private universities. LPU, Amity, etc. are good colleges too.

Dear Kanchan,
I think, you're asking about eligibility for pursuing BBA. Maths is not a mandatory subject to pursue BBA. Most of the universities and institutes accept students of all streams provided you meet their eligibility of minimum cut-off percentage required in 10th & 12th and generally its a minimum 50% marks in 10th and 12th.

I would suggest that you get TSICET counselling firstly, so that you can have an advantage directly when selecting colleges, instead if you go directly to colleges without getting counselled, even though if you're eligible for the seat for the college or not you won't know and will be having confusion while selecting good MBA colleges. But for a rough guess I would say for 22000 rank and if you're not OC then you may get MBA colleges like Aurora, Swami Vivekananda, or Little flower etc.

You will get a seat surely in those colleges, but you may not get a completely free seat, it may be management quota or some amount of concessions in fees. I would suggest that you get counselling for TSICET and if it turns up good then you can try Bhavans or Loyola College. I'm saying this cause I got TSICET 706 rank, but went to do MBA in a B school instead.

Absolutely, you can go for BMS, BBA B.Com and likes. Then, You can prepare for CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/SNAP/GMAT/GRE, etc. Together admission in Post Graduation in Management or MBA. But one thing is common every exam asked questions from Quants, so make sure you never ditch Maths. If possible give your Maths re-exam or start studying maths daily, make it a habit.
All the best.

As far as my knowledge goes, for admission in BBA, the eligibility criteria +2 from any stream with English as a compulsory subject and the admission process is conducted through an entrance test where the minimum eligibility is 50%-60% score in +2 board examination.
