You can take admission in any of the colleges, as at the graduation level, all of them are considered good.
However, BBA from Prestige College is considered better, as the placements are good and the fee is also reasonable.
Still, you can apply in any of them as per your convenience.

No, you can't. It is mandatory for the candidates to hold Bachelor's degree (3 years' duration)/Master's degree in commerce, management, arts, social sciences, engineering/ technology or equivalent.

CAT is a national entrance exam conducted by IIMs for its selection process and the score of this entrance is used by all the Tier I and Tier II colleges in India for selecting candidates. MAT is also a National entrance exam for MBA, but it is being used by Tier III and Tier IV colleges. Generally, top colleges won't prefer MAT as the level of difficulty is low.
