IIMs and the other top B-schools offer MBA. The minimum score you need to get a call from IIMs and the top schools is around 96 percentile. If you are getting this much score then you can get a call for GD/PI in IIMs or other B-schools.

For CAT you need to have a full time Bachelor's degree. So, I think you should confirm once with CAT authorities. The contact you can get the official website of CAT. They resolve these on a case to case basis.

PGDM is specially a tag for post graduate courses which comes under this and MBA is defined as a professional course.
PSGIM is the better option.

Yes, there may be some chances for you but not in every college or university because the minimum eligibility criteria for admission in Masters in any college/university is 55 but you can apply for the colleges which provides direct admission.

MBA fees structure in India has a wide range beginning from few thousands and going up to more than twenty lakhs. Besides, MBA fee has seen many changes in almost all the MBA colleges - IIMs, top PGDM colleges, or others. Over a period of past 6-7 years, full-time MBA fee structure has seen huge upward increase in a range of 5 to 15 percent in almost all the MBA colleges every year.
Now I am telling you some Government University for doing MBA departments or affiliated colleges -MBA at FMS Delhi of Delhi University is still offered at a nominal fee of Rs. 22,000 for the entire MBA programme. SIMSREE, a Mumbai University MBA
