Hello Vaishakhi, I feel MBA is the best career option as compared with mass communication. This is so since choice of opportunities is very limited in later while for MBA, opportunities are in plenty in different fields.

You can either go for higher education like M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc, etc. or you can do a job in an IT company or in the management sector.
