Review of Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi.
Placements: This institute has good placement records. 2nd-year students are eligible for placements. Companies like Infosys, UST Global, EY, etc., visit the college for placements. Also, this institute gives plenty of internship opportunities. The final semester in all M.Sc. courses is exclusively for internships. Placements are not very high, but not very low either. If we are witty and driven about the subject, then we get a good chance of landing a job. In the 2nd semester of the first year, we make a project on Stereography. We get mark assessments based on that project.
Infrastructure: The hostel is compulsory for this course as it is a residential course. The hostel is good and all facilities are available. There is enough space for studies and entertainment. Rules in hostels are strict, and the wardens are bad.
Faculty: Our college has highly qualified faculty members. They give their best. All teachers are good. In the final semesters, we get to attend the classes from HOD as well, which gives you an eye experience into the engineering field. Being a government college, it is showing the standard in terms of professors. There are semester exams. M.Sc is a 2-year program, and exams are held. I passed with good marks in every term. There is also an in-house exam with 40 marks for assessment, and a class test with 10 marks. We get 70 marks main paper. The course curriculum is quite up to date. Various mathematical methods being taught in the class are up to the mark. However, incorporating the use of technology can be highly beneficial because it can make things more streamlined and efficient.

Review of Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi.
Placements: It is one of the best colleges to acquire knowledge of Physical Oceanography. This is the best college to choose for M.Sc. In Oceanography. Top recruiting companies are NIO, EDF, AECOM, etc. The highest salary offered is 20 LPA, also get good internships from many other institutes and companies. The top roles offered are oceanographer, marine engineer, and more.
Infrastructure: The college has got an environmentally friendly campus with a hostel and a restaurant. There are basketball, volleyball, and two badminton courts. Board games and indoor games are also available. It has many laboratories and equipment for technical research. There is a special gymnasium in our college and there is also a band.
Faculty: Teachers were well-qualified and always ready to help students persevere and achieve higher levels of success in their academics, extracurricular activities, and athletics. The college has received national and international accolades and awards based on these projects. It is easy to get high marks in semester exams and the pass rate is 90%.

Only for placements, this college is good; for other facilities and infrastructure, it's very bad.
Placements: Placements here are pretty good and I would say that this college is very underrated and overall educational quality is fantastic. The alumni here are at very high positions. Students are getting placed in very big companies like IBM, TCS, Infosys, etc.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure and hostel facility are very poor. There is no proper sports facility and it's a very food-prone area. The financial condition of the college is very poor compared to the main campus. The college doesn't have its own hostel facilities.
Faculty: The teaching staff are well-experienced, with more than 20 years of teaching experience. The staff are very friendly and interactive. The curriculum is not that great since here the semester duration is very short and a lot of portions are left.
Other: The sports facilities here are very poor.

About CUSAT placement, faculty, infrastructure, facilities.
Placements: If your planning to take admission in this course become that prepared that you can clear any round of off campus drive by yourself do not depend on college on. Placement are good only for engineering students for Physics there are less placement I choose to be a teacher and got job in IIT Bombay. College tries but demand of M.Sc. Physics students is very less so nearly 60-70 percent student placed rest are started own venture or doing jobs in other sectors. Internships are need to find by ourselves linkedin is best platform.
Infrastructure: College is located in primary location of city all amenities are easily available. Wi-Fi is available in hostel and classroom. Browsing speed is good but downloading speed is very bad. We not have any common auditorium mostly event are organized outside the college. Classrooms are good having projectors, benches and green boards. Yes I am a hosteller food is terrible, quality is so bad. I frequently order through swiggy and zomato.
Faculty: Teachers are good in teaching but time is so less and curriculum is so big in many cases all chapters are not taught. Course Structure is 2 years duration 4 sem and every sem have 5 subjects and 6 chapters in every subject. It was very big sometimes lectures are very long continuous 3 hrs lectures are also arranged. Semester exam is class tes, mid term and semester exam all are high in difficult level. Our class passing percentage is 85 percent.
Other: College is government affiliated so feels was very less for one year it was only 10k it was huge plus point. The improvement need to done in placement and teaching.

Some of the faculties are not at all good, and the campus is very small. Events and fests are rare.
Placements: The placement in Electronics and Communication is very low. The placements are only good for Computer Science students. Top recruiting companies are IT companies, like TCS, Wipro, etc. The placement opportunities for other branches in core sectors are very low.
Infrastructure: The college campus is really small, and there is no space. The labs and other facilities are also very poor and ancient. Hostel facilities are also not good. There is a water shortage every day. The canteen food is also not that good, it's average, but very cheap and affordable.
Faculty: Some of the faculty members are absolute trash. They don't teach anything and give a lot of workload. If you get these trash faculty members, you will surely get supplies for semester exams. Pray to get good faculty members. Other faculty members are good, they are knowledgeable in their subject and teach you well.
Other: The events in this college are very low. There are events or fests held once or twice a year. Only the arts and sports fests are good, and there are no other festivals. I chose B.Tech in ECE because of the future opportunities.

Only known for placements.
Placements: This college offers good placements with different companies. However, last year the highest package was 9 LPA, which was not good, but this year it should be better. People who have started companies and work in good companies come here for orientation. Good placements overall.
Infrastructure: The course is okay, but the Wi-Fi facility is not available. This college is old and a little furnished. The library has books related to the course. Talking about arts, sports, and extracurricular activities, they are not good; I would say few are considered since the new principal arrived. Only study and other practices are considered now.
Faculty: Regular exams are conducted, and the faculty are college-level. For semester exams, you either get plenty of holidays or very few, and most of the fees are remitted soon after the exams are over. Teaching quality is also okay, but most of the time when classes are low, portions are still pending.
Other: Campus life is very poor. If you want to enjoy college, it is not at all recommended, being poorer than other colleges. Only the friend's vibe and poor sports and arts facilities are available.
