SGBAU Amravati offers an MBA programme via one constituent and four affiliated colleges. Some of the colleges affiliated with the university are PR Patil College of Engineering And Technology (PRPCET), Vidya Prasarini Sabhas Arts, and more. Out of all, Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology and Research offers the highest number of MBA seats, i.e.,  120.

Drona Foundation Sigma University has a state-of-the-art infrastructure with multiple facilities available for students. The Christ University Entrance Exam CUET has a total of six sections. The Christ University CUET has multiple-choice questions and there are a total of 120 MCQs in the Christ University CUET exam. The exam will be conducted for 90 minutes in the computer-based test mode. Students must keep in mind that the CUET exam has negative marking and they will be marked down for each incorrect answer. 

The MAH MBA CET for the session 2025 has already been conducted. The exam was held on Arp 1, 2 and 3, 2025. For admission to the SGBAU MBA programme, students are required to present a valid non-zero score in the MAH MBA CET exam. Those who have appeared for the exam must participate in the subsequent  Centralised Admission Process (CAP).
