Yes there definitely are colleges that give direct admission in BBA without an entrance exam. Some of these are government colleges. Most of these colleges are private colleges and hence can get a little bit expensive. However, I have listed a few colleges that fall in your range of fees and offer BBA course without an entrance exam. I have also listed their approximate fees.

In order to take admission in BMS programme of Delhi University, you need to have a minimum of 60% in class XII in four subjects which includes English and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The other two can be selected by the candidates from among the subjects listed by Delhi University. The core subjects are usually part of the list.
The students are required to appear for an online test known as DU JAT (Delhi University Joint Admission Test)- a common test for BMS, BFIA and BBE programs of Delhi University. The test comprises of 100 questions each carrying 4 marks and a negative of 1 mark for every incorrect answer.

The total fee for the MBA course in Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Symbiosis International, Bangalore is around 18lakh. Whereas the tuition fees for execuitve MBA/PGDM is 6.3 Lakhs.
