The Uttar Pradesh State Government created the Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University (SRMU) in Lucknow, and the AICTE, UGC, PCI, BCI, COA, NCTE, and AIU Membership all gave its approval. It provides numerous undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programmes in engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, electronics & communication, computer Science & computer applications), agriculture, pharmacy, architecture, biotechnology & bio-sciences, management, commerce, economics, journalism & mass communication, law, natural sciences, humanities, education, and research. Additionally, there is a diploma-granting institution that offers Polytechnic courses in computer science, biomedical engineering, automobile, production, civil, electrical, electronics & communication, and that are career-focused.

Performance in several national/state entrance exams is a requirement for admission to SRMU. The university's professors have extensive training and knowledge. XAT admit card is a proof of identity of the applicant. It is the main document required for appearing in the XAT exam thus it should be error free. Candidates must check the information mentioned on their admit card as soon as they download it and check for errors. Usually, there is no error in the XAT admit card but you should still check the details. Every XAT admit card contains the following information:

In case of an error or misprint, you can get it rectified by the exam authorities by contacting the XAT helpdesk. However, you cannot change or update the XAT test centre and city. The allotment will be made according to your choice filled in the XAT application form, so in case you filled the test city which you didn’t intent to, you will need to make arrangement for appearing for the exam in that city.
