IILM Institute for Higher Education for a PGDM in Data Analytics is good but not considered the best. It is more famous for its HR and Marketing specialisation and the placements in such areas are much more better off than others. Its is thus advisable to do major specialisation in above mentioned areas but you can still opt for data analytics as your minor if you are keen to know about any particular subject.
