What is JIPMAT?
JIPMAT or Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test is a national-level entrance examination for admission to 5-Year Integrated Program in Management. JIPMAT scores help in IPM admissions at IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. The exam will be held for 2.5 hours in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode in more than 75 cities across India. The JIPMAT question paper will have a total of 100 questions on Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension. Nearly 14,000 candidates register to compete against 120 seats combined in IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu in the previous examination session. That is to say, only one out of every 117 candidates registered for the exam was selected for admission. Owing to a relatively competitive exam, candidates must have a top-notch preparation strategy for JIPMAT 2025. The space below mentions the JIPMAT 2025 preparation tips:
- Before starting with the JIPMAT preparation, knowing the exam pattern and syllabus should be a prerequisite of any preparation strategy.

No. There is no personal interview round for admissions through JIPMAT.
IIM Jammu or IIM Bodh Gaya does not conduct any Personal Interview rounds for IPM admission. The admission policy for both IIM Jammu and IIM Bodh Gaya varies from year to year. Participating Iims have not conducted any PI What or GD rounds after shortlisting based on JIPMAT scores.
As per the JIPMAT admission policies, the selection of candidates for IPM courses will be based on the JIPMAT scores. IIM Jammu is providing an additional 5 per cent to female candidates. A merit list will be prepared for the selected candidates based on JIPMAT score and gender.

NTA is yet to notify the JIPMAT event schedule for the declaration of the results. JIPMAT 2024 exam will be conducted on June 6. With the exam scheduled to be conducted, in first week of June, candidates can expect the release of JIPMAT results in the third week of June. The scorecard will be made available for download on the official website. Candidates can access the JIPMAT scorecard using their date of birth or password created at the time of registration. The scorecard will be used during the IPM admission process at IIM Jammu, and IIM Bodh Gaya.

- Candidates should have passed the Class 12 level exam, irrespective of the stream
- Aspirants who are waiting for the Class 12 exam result and will pass the exam are also eligible to apply for the JIPMAT exam
- Candidates who have passed Class 10 level exam are eligible
- Unreserved category candidates must have secured 60 per cent aggregate marks in Class 10 and 12
