Candidates can refer to the Mathematics textbooks prescribed until Class 12 by the education board in India. Mathematical Ability questions in TSICET are based on the 10+2 level syllabus. Some of the important books for TSICET Mathematical Ability preparation include
1) Mathematics for MBA Entrance Examinations by Dr. RS Aggarwal
2) Fast Track Objective Arithmetic by Rajesh Verma
3) Mathematics Class 11th and 12th by RD Sharma
Besides the above-mentioned books, candidates can also refer to the NCERT books which are readily available online as well as in the nearby bookstore.

Candidates preparing for TSICET need not buy any book if they already have books from which they prepared for any other MBA entrance exam. However, if TS ICETB is the only exam for which the candidate is planning to appear, following factors must be kept in mind to choose a book:

  • Check the table of content and book edition
  • Check if the book has its content arranged systematically
  • Read reviews whether the book is for advanced level preparation or basic preparation
  • Author and publisher
  • Availability of section wise distribution
  • Availability of a question bank
