If you want to focus on tasks and technical skills, business administration is likely a better major for you, but if you want to focus on how to bring together and direct the people whose work makes the business run, business management may be a better fit. If you are looking to start an entry-level business career. If your career plans include management or operations or if you're already fairly well-established in your career you may be better suited for business management.

No, BBA college will not affect my admission in top colleges for MBA as if you are planning for MBA as well then it will not affect your Placement and admission. The only thing I will suggest you make sure you get a good percentage in BBA and take it seriously because 80% of BBA will be repeated in MBA.
