No, you can't because GNM is not a degree rather a Diploma, and an undergraduate degree is mandatory for admission in any post-graduation/ Masters' programme. If you want to pursue MBA, you can do it after 2 years of post basic nursing programme. MBA in Hospital Management suits you the most.

Additionally, you must meet the GMAT or GRE requirements in order to be selected for the programme. Before applying for postgraduate admission at a Canadian university, a general candidate must have graduated with 65 to 70% of the possible points and 12 years of relevant work experience. That totally depends on your interest, skill set and long term goals. No particular specialisation can be good for every single individual. Had it been the case, every private institute would have offered that one specialisation only and every student would have opted for that same. MBA training includes business management, planning, marketing, financial management, and many other skills that entrepreneurs need, making it a highly desirable degree to pursue after B.Tech. Below

I will suggest you to choose MBA in Finance, An MBA in Finance means an MBA with a major in Finance. It is a good major for many people, but you should understand that you will not get an in-depth graduate education in Finance. Thus, if you want to make a career in Finance, you might want to consider a master in Finance in preference to an MBA in Finance. The scope of an MBA in finance is tremendous and offers good job opportunities with good pay packages. There is no best specialization in MBA. All are good and have great opportunities. My suggestion always is to choose a field which you like.
